Common Causes of False Alarms:
*User Error
Always have your Security System Installer explain the system to you, read your owners manual.
*PETS

*VISITORS
It is always best to let your visitors know that you have an alarm system, and how to operate the system properly. (housekeepers, maintenance, guests)
*MOVING OBJECTS
Balloons, large plants and objects that can fall or move with heater comming on, are common causes of false alarms. Before arming your system, please put these objects in a room where they may not trip a motion detector.
